CQI: What Transport Teams Can Accomplish

CQI is a tool by which the transport team can measure and review their procedures and operations to insure they are safe and within current guidelines while giving the customer the best they have to offer. It is excellent for the multi- disciplinary problem solving which is common in the transport specialty by incorporating those who know and do and making them the ones to fix and follow- up.
