Silos to Tribes: Re-engineering Via Service Lines

This presentation is designed to meet or exceed the educational requirements of RCPs as concerns the reengineering of hospital and health system organization via the use of service lines. The following issues will be addressed with the goal of providing the attendees with the appropriate information that she/he may better understand the functionality of service lines, the impact on clinical service departments such as Respiratory Care, and the challenges inherent in this design.
