Measures of Compliance in the Adult Pulmonary Patient

New technologies for monitoring compliance have recently been introduced into clinical practice, including recording oximetry, serial FEV1/FEV6 monitoring, peak flow monitoring, MDI actuation and technique recording and computerized appointment tracking. Traditional monitoring techniques such as theophylline levels, eosinophil counts, CoHB and urinary continuous monitoring will also be discussed.
